Steve Lutz is the Lead Pastor of Wellspring, where he equips the church to fulfill our vision and mission.
Focused on prayer, preaching, and teaching the Bible, Steve spends much of his time helping people see and respond to Jesus. He is helping staff and key leaders to make disciples in order to raise up future leaders to plant churches in other collegiate areas.
In full-time ministry since 2003, Steve has written two books, and is pursuing accreditation as a certified coach through the International Coach Federation. He received his M.Div from Westminster Theological Seminary.
Steve is married to Jess, and together they have three children, a parakeet, a tortoise, and a hamster. He is continually amazed by the people and resources God has brought to be a part of Wellspring!
Joel Vint is the Salt Company Pastor of Wellspring, where he engages college students with the gospel and equips them to live life on mission.
Joel focuses on evangelism, raising up leaders, and preaching the Word. He spends a lot of time on campus and is passionate about college students making disciples. Joel helps to connect Salt Company students with others from Wellspring to mutually spur each other on.
Since 2006, Joel has served in full-time vocational ministry including eight years of student ministry and a church plant on the campus of University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, IA. He received his Masters in Theological Studies from Cornerstone School of Theology and Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Joel is married to Sarah, and together they have two children and absolutely no pets (ever). He is excited about the people God is drawing into community and mission at Wellspring!
Caleb Rebarchak is the Executive Minister for Wellspring Church, where he works behind-the-scenes to help the staff and Wellspring community flourish.
Caleb oversees finances and operations, enabling the other staff to focus on their own unique roles every day. Caleb also helps the community to connect their faith with every aspect of their life.
In vocational ministry since 2013, he has specialized in college ministry and administration. Caleb holds a Masters degree in Band and Wind Ensemble Conducting from Penn State.
Caleb is married to Amy, and they have one child. He loves the heart of the people and mission of Wellspring!
Aaron Kelly is the Worship Ministry Director for Wellspring, where he is helping to create a Christ-centered worship culture at the church and at The Salt Company.
He oversees musical and artistic worship, creates weekly musical sets, leads them, and develops other worship leaders.
Before Wellspring, Aaron led worship at Candeo Church in Cedar Falls, Iowa. He is married to his best friend, Heather.
Aaron loves the genuine thirst for Jesus that is evident in those who attend Wellspring Church.

Sara Povick is the Kids Ministry Director for Wellspring, where she trains and supports kids ministry teachers.
She also enjoys connecting with the children and providing parents with resources each week to assist them in their primary role as spiritual caregivers.
With a teaching degree from Susquehanna University, Sara was previously the Childcare Coordinator and Children's Ministry Director for Calvary Church, where she walked alongside college students as they impacted young children. She also helped to plant the Penn State chapter of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship.
Sara is married to Justin and together they have two young children, an imaginary dog named Jorge, a love of the outdoors, and a never-ending pile of laundry. She loves the unity of Wellspring and how people are always eager to welcome more into the Body of Christ.
Rebecca Clymer is the Salt Company Women's Leader, where she disciples female college students, raises up leaders, and takes care of ministry details.
Rebecca makes disciples by pouring her life into female leaders and by building relationships with students who do not know Jesus yet. She also plans events for the Salt Company, organizes groups, and assists with leadership training.
Rebecca graduated from Grove City College in 2016 with a degree in Biblical and Religious Studies. She began her work in campus ministry through an internship with the Coalition for Christian Outreach, where she developed a passion for seeing college students grow in their love for Jesus and their willingness to obey him.
Rebecca is married to Gabriel, and together they love Wellspring's passion for reaching the lost with the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ.
